BREAD BAGS In an effort to reduce waste, our loaves are bagged in recyclable/compostable paper bags (pizza dough excluded). We no longer offer plastic grocery bags for multi-loaf orders. We kindly ask that you provide your own reusable bags. Thank you!
HOW TO ORDER Click on OFFSEASON ORDERING from the menu at the top of the page. All orders must be placed online via our website by the deadline noted in the newsletter. (Since our pick-up days may fluctuate, please double check the exact date.) Bread quantities may be limited.
PICKUP SCHEDULE* Thanksgiving 2020 - Wednesday, November 25th - 1:00pm to 6:00pm *Baking schedule is at the discretion of the baker and is subject to change.
PICKUP TIMES AND LOCATION Orders will be available for pickup between the designated times that particular week. The pickup location is: 6238 Harvest Rise Court, Columbia, MD. We are the first driveway on the right inside the court. Please park on the street and we kindly ask that you do not idle at the end of our driveway.
ADD-ONS Need an extra loaf at pick-up? Add-ons may be available on the pickup date on a first come, first serve basis. Add-ons are not guaranteed and will be available to pre-paid customers only. No holds. Cash and card accepted.
NO-SHOWS Effort will be made to contact you if you do not pick up your order by the end of the designated pickup time. You have until 8:00 pm that day to contact me and make arrangements for pickup. All late arrivals (any time after the designated pickup time) are considered no-shows.
No-shows with communication: if you have communicated to us that you cannot pick up your order, you will receive a 1-time credit equal to the amount paid. Credit must be used within 30 days. All credits for 2020 expire December 31, 2020. A 2nd no-show (regardless of communication) will result in no credit, no refund, no bread.
No-shows without communication: No communication by 8:00 pm will result in no credit, no refund, no bread. No exceptions.
INCLEMENT WEATHER If baking is halted or interrupted by weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances (COVID...), all prepaid customers will receive a credit for the amount paid. Credits and/or refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.
